Remove Creases From Your Newly Unpacked Leather Jacket

Your leather jacket may have a few creases when you take it out of the packaging.
Follow these simple steps to smooth them out.
1. Hang Your Jacket
Remove your jacket from its packaging and hang it on a wide, wooden hanger. Make sure it has enough space around it.
2. Give It a Little Time
Leave it hanging for about 24 to 48 hours. Most small creases should soften on their own.
3. Iron with Care
If the folding creases remain, place a 100% cotton cloth between the jacket and the iron. Use a low-heat setting and gentle passes.
4. Let It Dry
If you've used the steaming care method, leave your jacket to dry in natural air before wearing or storing it.
Important
-
Do not iron the jacket directly.
-
Do not stretch or pull to remove creases.
-
Keep your jacket away from direct heat and sunlight.
-
Keep your jacket dry. If it gets wet, let it air-dry naturally.
