At Havrenn & Co., we care about your satisfaction when you buy our products. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, then we offer a flexible process for returns and exchanges to make sure that your experience with us is always fair, transparent, and hassle-free.
Please read the full policy below to understand the terms that apply to all returns, exchanges, refunds, and order cancellations.
Return and Exchange Time-frame
You can request a return and exchange for any item that’s eligible within 30 days of the delivery date. We will not accept returns or exchanges after 30 days.

We will respond within 48 hours with instructions for returns or exchanges.

You must send the item back to us at the address given during the process. Return shipping must be paid by you (the customer)
Conditions for Eligible Returns and Exchanges
The following conditions must be met to qualify for a return or exchange:

The item you purchased must be in its original and unused condition with no signs of wear or damage of any kind.

The original tag must be attached, and the item has to be returned in its original packaging.

Items must be free of stains, wrinkles, scratches, odors, or any other sign of usage.

The original packing slip must be included in the package.
Any return requested without meeting these requirements will not be accepted or returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
Some products are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances. These items include:

Factory seconds, sale items, or clearance products that are marked as final sale.

Gift cards, promotional items, or complimentary products are received with your order.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for the following reasons:

If the size is too big or too small, or if it doesn’t fit well.

If the item you receive is different from what you ordered.

If the item is damaged or defective when it was delivered.
In any case, contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. All claims must be proven through clear photographic evidence of the product with the original tags still attached.
Refund Policy
Here is how our refund process works:

All the eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method you’ve used at the time of purchase.

Refunds are usually processed in 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item returned by you. It might take up to an additional 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, which depends on your payment provider.

Refunds will only include the product cost and applicable sales tax, not shipping, handling, or other service charges.

You will receive a confirmation email from us once your refund has been issued from our side.
Return Shipping Guidelines

We currently do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. All return shipping costs are your (customer’s) responsibility.

You can use any trusted, insured, and trackable shipping service of your choice to return the product to us.

Always keep a copy of your tracking number and shipping receipt, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returned packages.
International Returns and Exchanges
Please read the listed polices carefully for international returns and exchanges:

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, but the product must be in its original condition, unused and unworn, with the tags attached and in the original packaging. We suggest that you reach out to us before placing your order if product or sizing details are unclear to you.

Returns must be shipped back using a trackable and insured courier service. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit, so please keep your tracking number and shipping receipt until your return has been processed completely.

Exchange shipping costs are your responsibility unless the error is made on our end. We currently do not offer prepaid international return labels.

Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by your country are not refundable and must be paid by you. If you want reimbursement of those payments, then please contact your local customs office directly.

If your package is refused at delivery, unclaimed at customs, and returned to us later, we will refund the product amount, excluding any round-trip shipping, customs, or handling charges we incur. Make sure that your shipping information is correct and you are aware of your country’s import rules before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
You can request an international exchange if the size doesn’t fit, you want a different design or color, or if the item you received is damaged or not what you ordered. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, along with the photo or video proof. We may offer you a refund or exchange as per the situation.
Color Accuracy Disclaimer
Please keep in mind:

Product colors may look slightly different in person compared to the images on your screen because of photographic lighting, screen resolution, or display settings.

Color variation is natural, and it does not qualify as a defect. Hence, a request for a refund or exchange for it is not applicable here.
Order Cancellations
This section explains how and when you can cancel the order, as we understand that plans can change, or sometimes you may need to cancel orders.

All orders, standard or expedite can be cancelled within 1 day of placement. After 24 hours, your order cannot be cancelled.

If your order has been shipped already or reached customs, it cannot be cancelled.

In any case where we can cancel your order after 24 hours for valid reasons provided by you, then a 25% charge will be deducted from the total refund to cover the material sourcing and preparation that’s already completed.

If the cancellation is accepted, the refund will be issued to the original payment method that you used to place an order.
