Welcome to Havrenn & Co. These terms of service state a legally binding agreement between you and Havrenn & Co. for the use of our website and purchase of our products. By using our services or placing an order, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the website and from purchasing goods. 

Throughout these Terms, "Havrenn & Co.", "we", "our", and "us" refer to Havrenn & Co., while "you" and "your" refer to the user or customer.

  • You agree not to misuse our site, interfere with its operation, or attempt any unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

  • We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to anyone where we reasonably believe our terms have been breached. 

Eligibility

  • Our services are not for individuals under 16. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 16 or legally able to enter into a binding agreement. 

  • Any information you share with us must be accurate, up-to-date, and complete. 

Product Information

  • We take great measures to ensure that products presented on our website provide accurate information, including descriptions, images, specifications, sizing information, and pricing. 

  • Note that colours and finishes may appear slightly different in person due to lighting, screen settings and display technologies of different devices. 

  • Information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions from time to time. We reserve the right to correct these matters and update information when necessary. 

Product Availability

Some products may be produced in limited quantities, discontinued ot temporarily. We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by any customer where reasonably necessary. Also, we own the right to discontinue any product without prior notice. 

Pricing

  • Prices displayed on our site are in Australian Dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated. 

  • We can change the prices from time to time without prior notice. Note that applicable taxes, shipping charges or any other additional fees will be displayed during checkout before your order payment is finalised. 

  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse affected orders and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed. 

Orders

  • Submitting or completing orders does not guarantee acceptance. 

  • An order is considered accepted only after we confirm dispatch of the purchased product. (USA

  • We reserve the right to refuse our services to anyone or cancel or limit orders when/if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, payment irregularities, unauthorized resale, pricing errors, or any circumstances requiring review. 

  • In case of order cancellation, a refund will be issued using the original payment method. 

Payment

All payments are processed through trusted third-party payment providers. 

By placing an order, you confirm being authorized to use the selected payment method and that the payment information provided is accurate. 

Additional verification may occasionally be required for security purposes before an order is approved. 

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

  • Where products are custom-made with personalised specifications or special requests provided by the customer, it’s solely your responsibility to make sure that the submitted information is correct. 

  • Minor changes in measurements, colour tone, hardware, stitching, leather grain, and handcrafted details may naturally occur. They are not counted as defects. (USA)

  • Unless required by law, custom-made or personalised products cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or returned due to a change of mind. 

International Orders

  • Customers placing orders from outside Australia are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, value-added taxes, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. 

  • These charges are determined by Australian authorities and are not controlled by Havrenn & Co.

  • We recommend that you check local import regulations before placing your order. 

Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights

  • Our return and exchange policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits or eliminates any rights available under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). 

  • The customer may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as provided by law where the product fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

Promotions and Discount Codes

  • Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined and have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise. 

  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw promotions where we find it necessary. 

Gift Cards

  • If we offer any gift cards, they may be subject to separate terms, expiry dates where permitted by law, and usage restrictions stated at the time of purchase.

  • Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by applicable law.  

Intellectual Property

  • All content published on Havrenn & Co., including product photographs, logos, branding elements, videos, graphics, texts, designs, illustrations, or other materials, is solely owned by or licensed to Havrenn & Co. 

  • You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

Electronic Communications

By using our website or contacting us, you agree to receive communications from us, including order confirmations, shipping details, customer communications, notices and updates regarding your account or orders. 

Website Availability

  • We strive to offer you a great shopping experience and maintain uninterrupted access to the website; however, we cannot guarantee availability. 

  • The website may be unavailable occasionally due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, and even circumstances beyond our control.

Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Havrenn & Co. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. 

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.

Unexpected Events

We are not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or failures caused by events that are beyond our control. This may include natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labour disputes or transportation disruptions. 

Termination

  • We reserve the right to terminate access to the website to anyone where we believe continued access may pose a risk to our business, customers, or systems. 

  • Any rights to refunds, warranties, or claims that arose before termination remain in place. 

Severability

If any part of these terms & conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply.

Entire Agreement

By using our site and purchasing products from us, you agree to these terms of service, our privacy policy, returns policy, shipping and delivery policy, and any other policies made available on our site. 

Changes to These Terms

  • We may update or change these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or website functionality.
